1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary based on:
- Product type (e.g., jewelry, apparel, home décor).
- Customization and design complexity.
- Order volume and seasonal demand.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.
2. Shipping Partners & Fulfillment Locations
We work with ShineOn, Printify, and Printful, which have fulfillment centers worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Your order will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center to your location to ensure faster delivery.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the fulfillment partner:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs depend on the product, destination, and fulfillment partner.

- Express Shipping: Available for select products and locations.
- Free Shipping: Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions.
5. Tracking & Order Updates
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, LuxePrintStudio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they leave our fulfillment centers. However, we are happy to assist with the following:
- Delayed Orders: If your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we will investigate.
- Lost Orders: If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, check with your local post office or neighbors. If unresolved, contact us.
- Stolen Orders: If your package is stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a claim with your local courier.
